Creating memories of your baby is a beautiful way to honour and keep the memory of your baby with you. For parents of angel babies, we don’t have our babies to hold, cuddle, kiss and watch grow so it is important to create these beautiful memories.
On 27 November 2006, Lynn and Nathan Jenkins heard the words that would change their lives forever, “I’m sorry, there’s no heartbeat”. On November 28, 2006 at 37 weeks their first baby, Cooper, was born silently into this world. A precious bond now keeps them all together, a crystal beaded bracelet made by Lynn for the three of them.
These memory bracelets, adult and newborn sizes are available for purchase through the Stillbirth Foundation Australia. Now Lynn wears a second precious bracelet in memory of Cooper, a personalised memory bracelet which includes his name. It’s made from silver pewter letter beads, silver metal beads, white glass pearl beads and crystal coloured beads (as pictured).
These personalised memory bracelets are available to purchase through the Stillbirth Foundation Australia with 10% of the purchase going to the Stillbirth Foundation Australia.
Bracelets are made to order and are made with blue beads for boys and pink beads for girls. Single strand bracelets which include one name, sell for $50 and the double strand bracelet which includes two names, for $70. Bracelets can be ordered on this Order Form or can be obtained by emailing angelcooperdesign@primusonline.com.au.
These bracelets bring enormous comfort and support to Lynn, knowing that Cooper is still with her and she hopes to reach out to others to offer them comfort and support by wearing a memory bracelet. Through the sale of these bracelets, the money will help to raise awareness of stillbirth and contribute funds to research.
