You may choose to make a bequest in your Will to continue your support of the Stillbirth Foundation Australia. All money donated to the Stillbirth Foundation Australia helps to reduce the incidence of stillbirth by funding and encouraging research into stillbirth, and increasing public awareness about stillbirth.

If you would like to make a bequest, you need to ask your solicitor to insert a clause in your Will. Sample wording to insert a bequest in your Will is provided below:

"I GIVE $________ to the Stillbirth Foundation Australia Trust c/- Jackson Lalic Lawyers, Level 7, 217 Clarence Street, Sydney NSW 2000. PROVIDED THAT if that organisation cannot receive a gift, then that gift shall be made to the charitable organisation in the relevant jurisdiction that my executor considers most closely reflects the objectives of the originally nominated organisation."
